Our new friends Sleepy & Boo from Basic NYC invited us to a special event featuring Techno music legend Jeff Mills at Sullivan Room. Mills is absolutely one of the best DJ’s when it comes to mixing, and this was very prevalent throughout his set. The East Village venue was packed from front to back with people anticipating the arrival of The Wizard Jeff Mills. He played some obscure minimal tracks and really kept everyone in tune with his great track listing.

We Love Space- July 5th will take place in the notorious Space night club in Ibiza, Spain. This line up appears to be one of the best so far this year. The bill will include Detroit techno pioneer Jeff Mills, Ibiza resident DJ James Zabiela, Gradient Magazines guest blogger and Belin’s techno godfather DJ Hell and many more. If you are in Spain make sure you head over to this extravaganza of electronic music.

Sonar 2009 just kicked off on June 18th in Barcelona, Spain. The first day was full of festivities and live DJ sets from some of the best DJs in the industry. Jeff Mills aka The Wizard produced an old school techno set just for this special occasion. He was also joined by Ghostly International DJs – The Sight Below, SV4/Michna, Lusine and Michna With Raw Paw. The Reactables had a special demonstration using their Reactables instrument.The festivities are scheduled to continue until June 20th. Stay tuned for more photos.
