| Archos Vision PMPs Prcing For August Release |
Archos Vision has confirmed a release date for their line up of PMPs scheduled to hit UK in August. The flagship model, 3 Vision, is equipped with a 3-inch touchscreen, 8GB of memory, microSDHC slot, video playback, and organizer features such as calender, stopwatch and FM transmitter for streaming music. Archos set out to make their technology affordable and is expected to charge £90 ($148) for the 3 Vision. Archos has also announced the debut of the 2 Vision, equipped with a 1.8-inch touchscreen and 16GB of memory for £50 ($82). The Archos 9PCtablet Touch is the first touch screen computer with the ability to run Windows 7. This touch screen tablet combines high performance, with sleek design, and capabilities to operate a PC with the touch of a screen. The 9PCtablet features a built-in web cam, 80 gigabyte hard drive, external microphone, stereo speakers, on screen keyboard with full touch support. The Arcos Touch Tablet is scheduled to launch in October 2009. This tablet will be exclusive to the European market for 450 ($635).
