On October 16th Illustrative 2009 will open in Berlin to celebrate over 60 of the best graphic artists from all over the world. The art displayed will range from drawing, graphic prints, painting, monumental collages, graphically inspired 3D illustrations, book art and animation which all bring something new and cutting-edge to the art world. The works showcased have been inspired by a range of things including illustration and book art as well as subculture movements like comic and graffiti. The show aims to merge the materials and movements and inspire new strategies in areas like 3D-animation. The show will last until November 1st and is located at Villa Elisabeth, Invalidenstr. 3, 10115.
